Salary
- Consolidated Monthly Fees of Rs. 93,000/- (Rupees Ninety Three Thousand Only) will be paid per month.

- (i) Application form duly signed and filled in all respects.
(ii) Self-attested recent passport size colour photograph (3.5 X 4.5 cm) of the candidate with white background (.JPEG/ .JPG/ .BMP format size upto 50 KB).
(iii) MBBS degree certificate. (iv) MBBS internship completion certificate.
(v) Registration with Medical Council of India or with State Medical Council.
(vi) Degree certificate of Higher/ additional qualification(s) acquired (e.g., MD etc), if any.
(vii)Complete and Proper Experience certificates/ Documents issued by the Employer in support of post qualification experience details mentioned by the candidate in the Application Form, if any.
(viii) Concerned certificate for SC/ ST/ OBC (NCL)/ EWS/ PwBD/ Ex-Serviceman, if applicable.
(ix) NOC/ Forwarding Letter from the employer in case the candidate is employed in Central/ State Government Department, Central/ State PSUs or Semi Government organization.
(x) Valid Photo ID Proof: PAN Card/ Voter ID/ Aadhar Card/ Driving License etc.
